Abstract:
Z důvodu značných rozdílů a rizik v mezinárodním obchodě firmy věnují mimořádnou pozornost právnímu zabezpečení svých závazkových vztahů. K tomuto účelu používají nejrůznějších smluv, z nichž nejdůležitější je smlouva kupní (kontrakt). V této práci jsou potom analyzovány dvě náležitosti kupní smlouvy: cena a platební podmínka.
