Celá má práce se orientuje na provoz a zjištění kvality personálního řízení restaurace „El-Barr“. Abych mohla splnit cíl své práce, který jsem si vytyčila, a navrhnout vhodná řešení, která by mohla napomoci odstranit nedostatky, které případně objevím, využiji různé analýzy a šetření. All my work is focused on finding quality of personnel management in a restaurant "El-Barr." In order to realize the aim of this work, and propose appropriate solutions that could help to remove deficiencies, I will use a variety of analysis and investigation.
