Feminism and gender problematics from the point of view of pedagogical workers

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se snaží vysvětlit a přiblížit problematiku feminismu a genderu. U feminismu jde konkrétně o jeho historické vlny a feminismus 20. a 21. století v České republice, kapitola genderu se zabývá genderovou socializací, identitou, systémem až po genderové stereotypy. Poslední teoretická část se opírá o postavu pedagogického pracovníka. Poslední část, která je praktická, představí dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno na téma "etika subverze" mezi pedagogickými pracovníky v České republice. V závěru shrne nashromážděná data a vyhodnotí názory pedagogických pracovníku v České republice.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis tries to explain and approach the problematics of feminism and gender. Feminism is specifically about its historical waves and feminism of the 20th and 21st centuries in the Czech Republic, the chapter on gender deals with gender socialization, identity, system up to gender stereotypes. The last theoretical part is based on the figure of the pedagogical worker. The last part, which is practical, presented a questionnaire survey that was conducted on the topic of "ethics of subversion" among teaching staff in the Czech Republic. In the end, we will summarize the collected data and evaluate the opinions of teaching staff in the Czech Republic.
