The language and style of selected contracts in energy sector
Abstract:
Cílem této magisterské diplomové práce je lexikální a částečně syntaktický a stylistický rozbor vybraných smluv. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme především na vymezení pojmu právní jazyk a na jeho charakteristiku. Část analytická se věnuje konkrétnímu rozboru konkrétních smluv.
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze selected contracts from the lexical, syntactic a stylistic perspective. The theoretical part is focused mainly on the definition of legal language. The analytical part of this thesis is devoted to the analysis of selected contracts.
