Diagnostic competencies of special education teacher

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostickými kompetencemi školního speciálního pedagoga na běžné základní škole. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol, při čemž první dvě se věnují teoretickému vzhledu na osobnost speciálního pedagoga, jeho kompetencím, zařazení do struktury školy a úlohu, kterou speciální pedagog hraje při inkluzivním vzdělávání. Třetí kapitola je věnována samotné diagnostice - metodám a nástrojům, které při ní lze využít. V praktické části, která tvoří čtvrtou kapitolu této práce, je mým hlavním cílem zanalyzovat diagnostické kompetence a činnosti školních speciálních pedagogů na běžných základních školách, včetně jejich metod, nástrojů a výsledků diagnostiky v Moravskoslezském kraji. V první části výzkumného šetření jsou prezentována sesbíraná data od speciálních pedagogů pracujících v běžných základních školách v Moravskoslezském kraji. V druhé části výzkumného šetření jsou sesbíraná data doplněna informacemi z rozhovorů se třemi speciálními pedagogy z prvního vzorku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic competences of the school special education teacher on the regular elementary school. The paper is divided into four chapters. The first two delve into the theoretical insight into the special educator's personality, his competences, his placement in the school's hierarchy and structure and the role he plays in inclusive education. The practical parts, which form the remaining parts of this work, set the main aim of analysis of diagnostic competence and activity of special education teacher on the regular elementary schools, including the methods, the tool and the results of the diagnostics in Moravian-Silesian region. The first part of the investigative research presents the collected data from the special educators working at the regular elementary schools in Moravian-Silesian region. The second part of the investigative research adds the information gathered from interviewing three sample special educators to the collected data.
