Overview of future health and social workers on the issue of euthanasia

Abstract:

Práce je věnována problematice eutanazie a informovanosti o ní z pohledu budoucích Zdravotně-sociálních pracovníků. Práce je teoreticko-průzkumná/výzkumná. Teoretická část popisuje eutanazii z terminologického a historického hlediska. Dále obsahuje pozitiva či negativa eutanazie, typy eutanazie, potřeby umírajících, poradenství pro pozůstalé a přehled o eutanazii v České republice a v zahraničí. Druhá část mé bakalářské práce prezentuje výsledky problematiky eutanazii mezi studenty oboru Zdravotně sociální pracovník.

Abstract:

The work is devoted to the issue of euthanasia and awareness about it from the perspective of the future health and social workers. The work is theoretical-exploratory/research. The theoretical part describes euthanasia from the terminological and historical perspective. It also includes positives and negatives of euthanasia, types of euthanasia, needs of the dying, counseling for survivors and the overview of the legalization of euthanasia in the Czech republic and abroad. The second part of the bachelor thesis presents the results of euthanasia among students of the health and social worker field of study.
