Vlivem současného životního stylu západní civilizace rychle přibývá počet pacientů, i mladšího věku, s chronickými bolestmi zad. Léčba obtíží u těchto osob se stává výraznou zátěží pro zdravotnictví i ekonomiku. Owing to the current western civilization lifestyle there is a rapid increase of a number of patients, including younger generations, with chronic back pains. The treatment of these problems is becoming a significant burden for both health care and for economics.
