Předložená práce je zaměřena na klíčovou personální činnost orientace a adaptace. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit proces orientace a adaptace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. The presented work is focused on the key personnel activities of orientation and adaptation.
