System of employee benefits in the company Europe Easy Energy, a.s.

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá zaměstnaneckými benefity, konkrétně těmi ve společnosti Europe Easy Energy, a.s. Cílem práce je analýza stávajícího systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Europe Easy Energy, a.s. a identifikace silných a slabých stránek systému. První část obsahuje teoretické informace nezbytné k pochopení tématu. Definice zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich historie, význam a výhody, praktické použití a členění a konkrétní popis jednotlivých druhů. Druhá část pak sestává z analýzy systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů výše zmíněné společnosti. Podkladem k analýze bylo srovnání teorie s praxí, interní materiály, dotazníkové šetření a rozhovory s vedoucími pracovníky. Výstupem práce jsou konkrétní doporučení ke zlepšení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve společnosti Europe Easy Energy, a.s.

Abstract:

This Bachelors Thesis deals with employee benefits, specifically with those in the company Europe Easy Energy, a.s. The goal of the Thesis is to analyze current system of employee benefits in Europe Easy Energy, a.s. and to identify its strengths and weaknesses. The first part contains theoretical information, that is necessary to understand the topic. The definition of employee benefits, their history, their importance and positives, their practical use, how to divide them and the specific description of each kind of benefit. The second part deals with the analysis of the system of employee benefits of the company mentioned above. Analysis is based on comparison between theory and practice, study of internal materials, results of questionnaire survey and interviews with managers. The results of the Thesis are specific recommendations on how to improve the system of employee benefits in Europe Easy Energy, a.s.
