Rehabilitation of the pelvic floor in competitive equestrian sport: clinical case
Abstract:
In this thesis the clinical case of a patient suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome with symptoms of overactive bladder, myofascial pain at the pelvic floor, pain at the Alcock channel and continuous microtraumas at the coccyx and relative coccygodynia will be treated. This clinical case reports painful symptoms post-ejaculation and after his equestrian competitive working sport activity.

In questa tesi si andra a trattare il caso clinico di un paziente affetto da sindrome del dolore cronico pelvico con sintomatologia di vescica iperattiva, dolore miofasciale al pavimento pelvico, dolore riferito al canale di Alcock e microtraumi continui al coccige con riferita coccigodinia.
