Abstract:
This thesis deals with the institute of the Guilty Plea, as an element of rationalizing criminal justice. It is based on the Anglo-American legal system and into Czech law was not introduced until the third attempt by amending the Criminal Procedure in 2012. Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá inštitútom dohody o vine a treste, ktorý je prostriedkom racionalizácie trestnej justície. Vychádza z angloamerického právneho systému a do českého práva bol zavedený až na tretí pokus novelizáciou trestného poriadku v roku 2012.
