Diplomová práce je zaměřena na získávání a výběr zaměstnanců v konkrétním oddělení společnosti Patria Finance, a.s. Práce nejprve vymezuje teoretický základ a uvádí jednotlivé zdroje získávání zaměstnanců a metody jejich výběru. The thesis is focused on recruiting and selecting employees in a department of Patria Finance, a.s.
