Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma krizové komunikace jako nástroje řešení problému. Nejprve definuje krizi a zároveň zásady úspěšné krizové komunikace. This master´s dissertation focuses on crisis communication as a way of solving problems. First, it defines a crisis as well as the principles of successful crisis communication.
