Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vztahu člověka a zvířete a odpovědnosti člověka za škodu, kterou může zvíře svým neočekávaným jednáním způsobit. Problém je rozebírán jak z teoretického hlediska – zákony, vyhlášky, tak i z hlediska praxe soudních síní – soudní rozhodnutí. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problem of man-animal relationship and subsequent responsibility for damages caused by the animal. This problem is dissected from the theoretical perspective – laws, decrees – as well as from the courtroom experience – judicial decisions.
