Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá zavedením automatických vozíků v libereckém závodě firmy Magna. V první části je vybírán vhodný typ AGV, který se nejlépe hodí pro daný materiál a flexibilní změnu produkce. Poté se představuje vybraný model a jeho specifika, včetně navigačních a řídících možností. V návrhové části jsou řešeny nedostatky spojené s přechodem na sériovou výrobu a zvýšení nároku na přepravu, dále představen nákres cest, na kterém vozíky budou doručovat materiál. Je zde vypočten optimální počet vozíků nutných pro splnění daných požadavků. V poslední části se práce zaobírá kompletní simulací provozu AGV a následným reportem.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the starting process of AGVs in the Liberec plant of the company Magna. In the first part, it's chosen the best possible type of AGV, which is the best for current material and flexible production. Then it's this model described and its specification, including navigation and management tools. In the proposal part, where the problems are solved connected with the serial process of production and higher transport demand. It's described the layout of pathways. In the last part of the thesis deals with the complex simulation of the AGV workflow and with the after-report.
