Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení plánování a řízení inovačního projektu Vzdělávací portál Fred, který realizovala společnost Nakladatelství Fraus, s.r.o. Diplomová práce je složena z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy managementu inovací a projektového managementu. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti, inovačního projektu, jeho plánování a řízení. Na základě teoretických poznatků a informací o inovačním projektu je tento projekt zhodnocen především z hlediska jeho plánování a řízení. Dále jsou popsány související inovace, které společnost od zavedení projektového produktu na trh realizovala. Na základě komunikace s projektovým manažerem inovačního projektu a analýzy provedené v rámci předdiplomní praxe jsou navrženy další inovace. Výstupem diplomové práce je seznam doporučení pro další práci s inovacemi v organizaci a seznam inovačních námětů, které by vyřešily aktuální problém ve společnosti a podpořily uplatnění produktu na trhu.

Abstract:

The submitted diploma thesis is focused on evaluation of planning and management of the innovative project Educational Portal Fred, which was realized by publishing house Nakladatelství Fraus, s.r.o. The thesis is composed of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of innovation management and project management. The practical part includes company introduction, innovative project description, its planning and management. Based on the theoretical knowledge and information on the innovative project, this project is evaluated mainly from the point of view of its planning and management. Furthermore, the related innovations that the company has implemented since the launch of the project product have been described. Based on the communication with the project manager of the innovation project and the analysis carried out in pre-diploma practice, further innovations are proposed. The output of the diploma thesis is a list of recommendations for further work with innovations in the organization and a list of innovative topics that would solve the current problem in the company and support the application of the product on the market.
