Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi zefektivnění systémů řízení při poskytování dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na seznámení s danou problematikou a v praktické části je uvedeno dotazníkové šetření mezi pracovníky hmotné nouze a mezi klienty – příjemci dávek pomoci v hmotné nouzi. The thesis deals with the possibilities of streamlining management systems in the provision of aid benefits in material distress.
