Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat vliv kooperace a kompetice v pracovním prostředí firmy Česká pojišťovna a.s., zjistit míru vlivu na výkon a navrhnout možná zlepšení.V teoretické části se práce zaobírá základním popsáním termínu kooperace, její identifikací, klasifikací a možnými bariérami bránícími spolupráci. Dále se práce zabývá provázaností kooperace a kompetice, možnostmi jejich uplatnění a situacemi, které tato chování vyvolávají. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je představen pojem pracovní tým, jeho výhody a možné problémy.Praktická část popisuje využívání kooperativního a kompetitivního chování v podniku Česká pojišťovna, a. s. a popisuje vybranou pracovní pozici. V této části je sepsáno a analyzováno dotazníkové šetření poskytnuté zaměstnancům zmíněného podniku. Každá z otázek je vyhodnocena, následuje návrh na zlepšení a závěr, shrnující zjištěné informace.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the impact of cooperation and competition within the work environment of the company Česká pojištovna a s., to determine the potential impact on performance and to propose possible improvements.The theoretical part of the thesis deals with basic description of cooperation, its identification, classification and potential barriers impending the cooperation. The thesis also covers the complementarity between cooperation and competition, possibilities of its application and situations causing such behavior. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, the concept of work team is introduced including its advantages and possible problems.The practical part describes the use of cooperative and competitive behavior within the company Česká pojišťovna, a.s. and describes the chosen post. In this part, the questionnaire for employees of the mentioned company is drafted and analyzed. Each question is evaluated, followed by a proposal to improve and a conclusion summarizing the discovered information.
