Valuation Methods and Ways of Financing of Real Estate
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá metodami oceňování nemovitostí a možnými způsoby jejich financování. Nejprve jsou popsány nejpoužívanější způsoby oceňování nemovitostí, dále nejběžnější způsoby financování. Cílem práce je navržení vylepšené metodiky oceňování nemovitostí (konkrétně porovnávací metoda pro pozemek v okrese Mělník) a následný příklad možného financování pozemku.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is concerned with valuation methods of real estate and ways of financing. First describes the most commonly used methods of real estate, as well as the most common means of financing. The aim is to propose an improved methodology for valuation of real estate (specifically the comparative method for land in the district Melnik) and the following examples of possible financing land.
