Abstract:

Úvod: V mé bakalářské práci jsem se zajímala o fyzioterapii při poranění měkkých tkání kolenního kloubu, zejména parciální rupturou vnitřního postranního vazu. Cíl práce: Cílem bakalářské práce je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapie u pacienta s parciální rupturou vnitřního postranního vazu. Metodika: Ke stanovení krátkodobého plánu fyzioterapie bylo potřeba vypracovat si kineziologický rozbor. Ten se zakládá na podrobném rozhovoru s pacientkou. Díky tomu jsem získala podrobnou anamnézu, která zohlednila způsob vzniku úrazu, celkový zdravotní stav a sociální prostředí pacientky. Mezi metodologické prostředky jsem zahrnula kromě rozhovoru také pozorování, vyšetření palpací a testování. Nejprve jsem za pomoci aspekce vyšetřila celkový postoj pacientky. Dále konfiguraci a trofiku kolenního kloubu. Následovalo antropometrické vyšetření obvodů a délek obou dolních končetin, abych mohla obě končetiny porovnat. Dále jsem si palpací vyšetřila hybnost kloubů obou dolních končetin. Pokračovala jsem vyšetřením svalové síly, chůze a rozvíjení páteře. V neposlední řadě proběhlo vyšetření kolenního kloubu speciálními testy. Pacientku jsem poté seznámila s krátkodobým plánem fyzioterapie. Ten byl na základě výsledků kineziologického rozboru stanoven na dobu dvou měsíců, s terapií 2x týdně, a to v délce 40 až 60 minut ve fyzioterapeutické ambulanci. Celkem jsme s pacientkou provedly 12 terapií. Při posledním setkání jsem vypracovala výstupní kineziologický rozbor, podle kterého jsem stanovila dlouhodobý plán fyzioterapie. Výsledky: S pacientkou se nám podařilo obnovit rozsah pohybu do flexe a extenze kolenního kloubu. Také se nám povedlo zlepšit svalovou sílu. Pacientka se cítí při chůzi a pohybu stabilní. Závěry: Doufám, že svou prací přispěji k řešení problematiky poškození měkkých tkání kolene. Terapie a práce s pacientkou mě bavila, mohla jsem tak získat nové zkušenosti i nové poznatky, které určitě využiji v další praxi.

Abstract:

Introduction: In my bachelor's thesis, I was interested in physiotherapy for soft tissue injuries of the knee joint, especially partial rupture of the internal collateral ligament. The objective: The goal of the bachelor thesis is to contribute to solving the problem of physiotherapy in a patient with a partial rupture of the internal collateral ligament. Methodology: In order to determine a short-term physiotherapy plan, it was necessary to develop a kinesiological analysis. First, I used an interview to obtain a detailed medical history of the patient, including the occurrence of the injury and the general health and social status. Methodological means used were observation, interview, palpation and testing. First, I examined the patient's general attitude. Furthermore, the configuration and trophic of the knee joint.In the analysis, This was followed by an anthropometric examination of the circumferences and lengths of both lower limbs so that I could compare the healthy limb with the other. Next, I examined the mobility of the joints of both lower limbs by palpation. I continued with an examination of muscle strength, gait and mobility of the spine. Last but not least, I used special tests to examine the knee joint. I then introduced the patient to a short-term physiotherapy plan, which took place according to the results of the kinesiological analysis for 2 months with therapy twice a week for 40 to 60 minutes in the physiotherapy clinic. The patient and I had a total of 12 therapies. For the last therapy, I prepared the finall kinesiology analysis, from which I established a long-term plan for physiotherapy. Results: We managed to restore the range of motion in flexion and extension of the knee joint. We also managed to improve muscle strength. The patient feels stable when walking and moving. Conclusions: I hope that my work will contribute to solving the problem of damage to the soft tissues of the knee. I enjoyed the therapy and working with the patient, I was able to gain new experience and knowledge that I will definitely use in my future practice.
