Anotácia:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním adekvátnosti motivačního systému vzhledem k potřebám konkrétní skupiny zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci.Jelikož se firma potýká s fluktuací zaměstnanců na pozici skladník, je cílem této práce zjistit, zdali je současný motivační systém adekvátní vzhledem k potřebám této skupiny zaměstnanců. Na začátku práce jsou popsány základní teoretické poznatky zejména z oblasti motivace, pracovní motivace a motivačního systému. Z teorie jsou vyvozeny základní složky motivačního systému a také kritéria adekvátnosti dle potřeb zaměstnanců. Druhá část se zabývá metodikou výzkumu, poslední část se pak zaměřuje na samotnou analýzu a popisuje empirické šetření. Prostřednictvím rozhovorů byly zjištěny v motivačním systému určité nedostatky, jež neodpovídají potřebám zaměstnanců. Na závěr práce jsou shrnuty zjištěné poznatky a předkládány doporučení, jež by organizaci mohly posloužit pro modifikaci stávajícího motivačního systému.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the adequacy of the motivational system to the needs of a select group of employees in an organization. Due to the fluctuation of the employees at the position warehouseman,the aim of this work is to determine whether the current motivational system is adequate to their needs. At the beginning, I summarize the basic theoretical knowledge, especially in the field of motivation, work motivation and motivational system. The components of the motivational system and criterions of adequacy are derived from the theory. The second part deals with the research methodology,the last part is focused on the analysis itself, and describes the empirical research. Through interviews I have found some shortages in the motivational system, which do not meet the needs of employees.In conclusion, I summarize findings and present recommendations to the organization and could serve to modify the existing motivational system.
