Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Proces přípravy Odboru sociálních věcí Magistrátu města Mostu na zavedení supervize se zabývá tématem přípravy organizace na zavedení supervize do jejích podmínek.Popisuje význam supervize v sociální práci, klasifikaci supervize, její funkce, cíle a jednotlivé formy supervize. Součástí práce jsou informace získané zkoumáním podmínek dané organizace a potřeb jednotlivých sociálních pracovníků na úseku dávek ze systému hmotné nouze a úseku péče o seniory a handicapované občany.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Preparation process of the Most Municipal Authorities Social Affairs Department for the supervision is focused on the topic of preparation of organization for the supervision implementation into its conditions.Further, it describes the supervision significance in social work, supervision classification, its functions, objectives and individual forms of the supervision. Information acquired by examination of the given organization conditions and the needs of the individual social workers are a part of the Work of the Social Affairs Department in the sector of allowances from the material indigence system, and the sector of care for seniors and handicapped Citizen.
