Na patogenezi většiny psychických poruch se podílí jak složka genetická, tak negenetická. Tato práce se zabývá hyperkinetickou poruchou (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder), která patří mezi nejčastější příčiny psychiatrické léčby v dětském věku. Abstract:
Most of psychic disorders is caused by genetic and nongenetic factors. This thesis deals with hyperkinetic disorder (attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder) which belongs to a cause of the most frequent treated behavioral disorders in children psychiatry.
