Consumer protection - regulations in EU law and their impact on Czech law
Abstract:
Tato diplomová se věnuje problematice ochrany spotřebitele, jejím legislativním vývojem se zaměřením na oblast nekalých obchodních praktik na unijní úrovni a rovněž dopadu evropské legislativy do českého práva. Cílem práce je analyzovat evropskou právní úpravu týkající se ochrany spotřebitele a prokázat, zda je tato ochrana na patřičné úrovni a zda je evropský spotřebitel dostatečně chráněn.

This thesis deals with the issue of consumer protection, its legislative development with a focus on the area of unfair commercial practices at the EU level, as well as the impact of European legislation on Czech law.
