Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením tělesné zdatnosti žáků sportovních a nesportovních tříd 6. - 8. ročníků základní školy. Cílem diplomové práce je přispět ke zlepšení znalostí o problematice vlivu pravidelné organizované sportovní aktivity u žáků sportovních a nesportovních tříd na zvolené výkonově a zdravotně orientované charakteristiky u 6. - 8. ročníků základní školy Vinařská v Ústí nad Labem. Struktura této práce je výzkumného charakteru. V první části jsou zpracované informace, které se týkají základních pojmů této problematiky. Věnujeme se zde vztahu sportu a zdraví, zdravotně a výkonnostně orientované zdatnosti, možnostmi jejich hodnocení a manuály testových baterií. Výzkumná část je zpracována pomocí testové baterie FITNESSGRAM.

Abstract:

This M.A. thesis focuses on evaluating the physical fitness of pupils from the year 6 to year 8 in classes focused on fitness and in those that are not. The goal of this paper is to contribute to the betterment of knowledge regarding the issues with regularly organized sporting activities for pupils in classes focused on fitness and in those that are not. We follow pre-chosen performance and health-oriented characteristics in years 6 - 8 of the School Vinařská in Ústí nad Labem. The structure of this paper is a research one. In this first part, we can find compiled information that have to do with basic terms of this field. We deal with the relationship between sport and health, with health and performance-oriented abilities, with the possibilities of their evaluation and with manuals for test batteries. The research part is made with the help of the test battery FITNESSGRAM.
