Molecular issues of familial hypercholesterolemia
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je podat základní informace o familiární hypercholesterolémii (FH) (klinické projevy, molekulární podstata, možnosti léčby), shrnout poznatky týkající se nových genů popsaných v souvislosti s FH a dále seznámit se s metodami diagnostiky FH v ČR.
Abstract:
The aim of the study is to give basic information about familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) (clinical manifestations, genetic principles, therapy), to summarize knowledge about new genes described in FH association, and further to become acquainted with diagnostic methods used in FH diagnostic in CR.
