Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika vyživovací povinnosti na děti v náhradní péči. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy, druhá historii a třetí právní úpravu. Další část je věnována utajeným a anonymním porodům a také baby-boxům. Pozornost je věnována rovněž vyživovací povinnosti rodičů vůči dětem. My diploma thesis deals with maintenance duty of parents towards children in substitute care. First of all I define basic concepts related to the theme, historical insight and legal regulations. Next part of my diploma work deals with points at issue of secret and anonymous childbirths and problem of “baby boxes”.
