Professional Problems of Beginning Teachers at Secondary Schools.

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je věnována profesním problémům, se kterými se potýkají začínající učitelé středních škol v praxi. První kapitola je zaměřena na teoretické vymezení učitele, jeho osobnost, strukturu osobnosti učitele, vyučovací styl a pojetí výuky. Druhá kapitola se zabývá požadavky na profesi učitele a problémy s nimi spojenými a třetí kapitola přibližuje teorii vztahující se k profesnímu vývoji učitele. Praktická část je zaměřena na identifikaci profesních problémů, které řeší začínající učitelé v praxi. Obsahuje analýzu dat získaných z polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se začínajícími plně kvalifikovanými učiteli středních škol. V této části práce je také popsaná metodologie výzkumného šetření, výzkumné metody a etika výzkumu. Závěrečná část se zabývá výsledky rozhovorů, jejichž analýza a interpretace slouží k naplnění cíle diplomové práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is devoted to professional problems faced by teacher at beginning of secondary school in practice. The first chapter is focused on the theoretical definition of the teacher, his personality, the structure of the personality of the teacher, teaching style and teaching concept. The second chapter is focused to the requirements of the teacher profession and the problems associated with them and the third chapter describes the theory related to the professional development of the teacher. The practical part is focused on the identification of professional problems, which are solved by teachers in practice beginning. It contains an analysis of data obtained from semi-structured interviews with fully qualified secondary school teachers. This part of the thesis also describes the methodology of the research, research methods and research ethics. The final part deals with the results of interviews where analysis and interpretation are used to fulfill the aim of the thesis.
