Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění fungování procesů při výběru a získávání zaměstnanců. Ověření, zda je tento systém pro daný podnik efektivní a možnosti jeho vylepšení. The goal of this thesis is to determine functioning of processes of selection and recruitment of employees. Verifying of effectiveness of this system for a company given and possible ways of improvement.
