Abstract:

Diplomová práce Notáská innost pojednává o innosti notáe dle §2 zákona . 358/1992 Sb. o notáích a jejich innosti (dále jen notáský ád) a další notáské innosti. Obsahem práce je vymezení pojmu notáská innost, obecný výklad významu funkce notáe, seznámení s novelami výše uvedeného zákona a další právní úpravou notáství v právním ádu R, struktura organizace notáství a principy notáské innosti. Dále jsou v práci blíže popsány, nkteré vybrané innosti notáe. Zejména notáské zápisy dle notáského ádu. V poslední ásti se práce zabývá ddickým komisariátem. Práce se rovnž snaží reflektovat nové trendy v notáské innosti a to zejména elektronizaci notáské innosti a komputerizaci a zabývá se blíže problematikou zápisu do obchodního rejstíku ve svtle elektronického podání a elektronickým podpisem ve vztahu k notáské innosti.

Abstract:

The thesis Notarys activity deals with notarial activities due to §2 Notary and Notarial Activities Act No. 358/1992 Col. (hereinafter referred to as Notarial Code) and furthermore notarial activities. The thesis subsumes definition of term notarial activities, general explication of notarys function determination, acquaintance of aforesaid Act amendments and ancillary legislation in Czech law system, structure of notary organisation and principles. Subsequently, chosen notarial activities are described in detail, in particular notarys protocols in accordance with Notarial Code. The last part refers to inheritance commissionery. The thesis strives to reflect new notarial activities trends, particularly electronisation of notarial activities and computerisation, and closely deals with question of incorporation in the Companies Register from the view of electronic submission and electronic signature in connection to notarial activities.
