Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem otcovství a jeho pojetím v médiích - časopisech. Zamýšlí se nad rolí a přínosem otců ve výchově dětí v kontextu současných dvou protichůdných tendencí - vzrůstající participací otců v rodinách v protikladu k jejich mizení z rodin. This study discusses fatherhood from a media perspective, specifically through magazines. It reflects on the role and the contributions of fathers in their children´s upbringing in the context of two contradictory tendencies: on one hand, fathers are disappearing from fami-lies and on the other, fathers are becoming more involved in family life.
