Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to optimize gene expression system in Leishmania mexicana. We tried to establish a system which would provide stable expression of a target gene during life cycle differentiation of the parasite from procyclic promastigotes into amastigotes. Cílem této diplomové práce bylo optimalizovat systém genové exprese organismu Leishmania mexicana. Pokusili jsme se vytvořit systém, který by poskytoval stabilní expresi cílových genů během životního cyklu parazita z procyklických promastigotů do amastigotů.
