Energy intensity of the operation of logging and hauling machines

Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se zabývá zkoumáním faktorů, ovlivňujících velikost energetického příkonu, spotřebovávaného prací těžebně-dopravních strojů. Zkoumání probíhala pomocí teoretických modelací na základě obecně platných soustav rovnic, zpracovaných do formy software, simulujícího dimenzování pohonné jednotky stroje změnou dosazovaných hodnot ovlivňujících faktorů. Zkoumání pokračovalo praktickým měřením energetické spotřeby prototypů harvestoru a dvou forwarderů, nasazených do poloprovozních zkoušek. Výstupy disertační práce sestávají ze statistického vyhodnocení získaných dat, porovnání teoreticky a prakticky dosažených výsledků a vyslovení doporučení k dalšímu možnému využití získaných výsledků.

Abstract:

The submitted thesis deals with the investigation of factors influencing the amount of power input consumed by the operation of logging and hauling machines. The research was conducted by means of theoretical modelling based on the generally valid system of equations processed into the form of software, simulating dimensions of machine drive unit by changing substituted values of influencing factors. The research then continued with the practical measurement of energy consumption by the prototypes of harvester and two forwarders deployed for pilot tests. Thesis outputs consist in the statistical evaluation of obtained data, in the comparison of theoretically and practically achieved results, and in making recommendations for a further use of obtained results.
