The project for the implementation of the integrated management system (quality and environment)

Abstract:

Teoretická část této diplomové práce je zaměřena na zavádění systému managementu kvality a systému environmentálního managementu. Zahrnuje základní pojmy, definice, principy a požadavky mezinárodních standardů na fungování těchto systémů, řešení jejich integrace a dále popis principů a zásad projektového řízení. V praktické části jsem se zaměřila na návrh vhodného postupu zavedení integrovaného systému řízení ve fiktivní stavební organizaci. Podle metodiky projektového řízení jsem navrhla plán projektu a z pohledu poradce jsem se pokusila do určité úrovně řešit jeho jednotlivé etapy. Snažila jsem se, aby obsah této práce mohl sloužit jako návod k postupu zavádění integrovaného systému řízení, který povede až k jeho certifikaci. Součástí této práce bylo prokázat pracovní hypotézu, že integrovaný systém řízení napomáhá stabilitě a konkurenceschopnosti organizace v tržním prostředí. Hypotézu jsem prokázala prostřednictvím dotazníkové ankety a jejím následným vyhodnocením.

Abstract:

The teoretical part of this diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of the quality and environmental management system. The thesis contains fundamental conceptions, definition; principles and requirements of the international standards for functioning of these management systems, solution of their integrations and furthermore the description of the project management principles. In the operative part I tried to propose a suitable procedure for the implementation of the integration management system in a simulated building organization. According to the methodology of the project management and from the view of the adviser I suggested a project plan and solved its individual stages. The thesis is meant to serve as instructions for introduction of integrated management system, which should lead to its certification. The working hypothesis, that the integrated management system helped the stability and competitiveness of the organization at the market has been confirmed by means of the questionnaires and their evaluation.
