Fire rescue service mechanist drivers with the right to be given way under stress

Abstract:

V práci bude řešena teorie stresu a jeho zvládání ve vztahu k řidičům a strojníkům Hasičského záchranného sboru, jako specifické skupině řidičů, kteří řídí vozidla s právem přednosti v jízdě. V teorii stresu popíše stres a jeho úrovně, ale i stresovou reakci a stresory, které rozdělí do kategorií. Dále provede rozbor stresové reakce a také popíše akutní reakci na stres i posttraumatickou stresovou poruchu. Bude zde řešena fyziologie stresu a pracovní stres. V souvislosti se zátěží řeší teorii zvládání, kam patří efektivní a neefektivní zvládání stresu. Zmíní se také o dopravní psychologii a probere její metody a poznatky, které jsou velmi důležité pro řidiče. V návaznosti na téma popíše základní úkol Hasičského záchranného sboru. Také shrne práci hasiče a strojníka v souvislosti s možnými nebezpečími u zásahu, ale také požadavky na jejich osobnost. V praktické části vhodnými metodami prozkoumá a vymezí zátěžové situace řidičů strojníků při jízdě k zásahům s možností využití práva přednosti v jízdě z hlediska jejich subjektivního vnímání.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the theory of stress and its coping in connection with the mechanist drivers of rescue fire service as a specific group of drivers who drive the vehicles with the right to be given way. According to the theory of stress it describes stress and its levels and the reaction at stress and stressors which are divided into groups. The thesis also deals with the analysis of stress and it describes the urgent reaction at stress and posttraumatic stress disorder. The thesis solves the psychology of stress and stress at work. In connection with pressure it explains the theory of coping which means effective and ineffective stress coping. The theoretical part of the work deals with the traffic psychology and it describes its methods and pieces of knowledge that are very important for drivers. The work also depicts the basic tasks of rescue fire service. At the end it summarizes not only the mechanist drivers´ tasks in connection with possible risks during fire actions but also the requirements that they have to fullfil. The practical part surveys stressful situations in connection with mechanist drivers, with the right to be given way while going to the fire action, thanks to suitable methods.
