Abstract:
Na základě zkušeností a poznatků mých a trenérů v mém okolí jsem vytvořil videoprogram s názvem ?Metodický postup při nácviku techniky v řecko-římském zápase?, který je zaměřen na výuku zápasu a techniku boje v postoji.
Abstract:
The video program describes basic techniques of wrestling in a starting poise, practicing of these techniques, and the most common mistakes. This project is also supposed to be useful for coaches as a handbook of Greco-roman wrestling.
