Conceptual Features of Legal persons
Abstract:
Téma mé záverečné práce jsem pojala vymezením pojmu právnických osob, poté zhodnocením koncepce právnických osob v historickém kontextu a dále jsem se zabývala již vymezením jednotlivých pojmových znaků právnických osob, se zhodnocením zejména platného současného stavu a v neposlední řadě kategorizací právnických osob, přičemž jsem se blížeji specifikovala jednotlivé typy právnických osob.

The topic of my work is to specify conceptual features of legal persons. At first I had to understand the conception of legal person. There are two theoretical facts:at first it is about legal person and then conceptual featuresof this legal person.There are many published literature aboutthis topic, even in legal its relatively new institues.
