Abstract:

Vzdělávání v oboru finančního poradenství hraje v dnešní době velmi důležitou roli. Poradci se musí vzdělávat nejen z důvodu jejich odborného růstu, ale zejména z hlediska konkurenceschopnosti na trhu. Jedná se o celoživotní seberozvoj, který by měl patřit mezi základní povinnosti každého finančního poradce. Tato práce se zabývá důležitostí a efektivností vzdělávání poradců v bankovnictví a ve finančních poradenských společnostech. Hlavním cílem této práce je porovnání teoretických východisek vzdělávání s jejich praktickým využíváním. Teoreticko-metodologická část seznamuje s jednotlivými formami a metodami, které se využívají při vzdělávání dospělých. Praktická část představuje samotný proces vzdělávání finančních a bankovních poradců. V závěrečné části je uveden způsob vyhodnocování přínosu a efektivity vzdělávání v obou společnostech.

Abstract:

An education in a sphere of a financial consultancy plays very important role nowadays. Financial advisors have to educate themselves not only by the reason of their career development, but especially because of the competition at the market. It is lifelong development which should belong into the basic duties of every financial advisor. This thesis deals with the importance and the effectivness of the education of advisors in a banking area and in a financial cunsultancy firm. The main principal of this thesis is the comparison theoretical resources of the education and their practise usage. The theoretical part of this thesis apprice of separate forms and methods, which are used in the education of adults. The practical part of this thesis presents a process of the education of financial and bank advisers. The last part presents a way of the evaluation of the contribution and the efficiency of the education in both companies.
