ŠVAJDLENKA, Jan. Problematika syndromu vyhoření v PNP. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc. PhDr. Jitka Němcová PhD. Praha. 2020. 64 s. Tématem bakalářské práce je Problematika syndromu vyhoření v PNP. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy a zabývá se syndromem vyhoření jako takovým. Dále popisuje prevenci a různá preventivní opatření. Zabývá se také syndromem vyhoření u zdravotníků. Praktická část je zpracovaná formou dvou dotazníků, zaměřených na syndrom vyhoření. Cílem práce je informovat veřejnost o problematice syndromu vyhoření a získat informace o znalostech tohoto tématu. Dále byla zjišťována míra vyhoření ve směru emocionálního vyčerpání. Výstupem praktické části je diskuse, kde jsou stručně shrnuty výsledky.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of burnout syndrome in PNP. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts and deals with the burnout syndrome as such. It also describes prevention and various preventive measures. It also deals with the burnout syndrome in healthcare professionals. The practical part is processed in the form of two questionnaires focused on the burnout syndrome. The aim of the work is to inform the public about the issue of burnout syndrome and to obtain information about the knowledge of this topic. Finally, the degree of burnout in the direction of emotional exhaustion was determined. The output of the practical part is a discussion where the results are briefly summarized.
