Abstract:

Hospody jsou ve společnosti vnímány jako lidová zařízení s typickým neuhlazeným a neformálním, ale za to klidným prostředím. I z tohoto důvodu jsou mnohdy tato pohostinská zařízení považována za místa, kde se odehrávají sociální i ekonomické interakce mezi jednotlivci, ale i mezi skupinami. Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat postavení těchto pohostinských zařízení ve společnosti z pohledu jejich provozovatelů a návštěvníků, a to na území Olomouckého kraje. V rámci analýzy se autor zaměřil na pozorování rozdílů postavení pohostinských zařízení mezi venkovským a městským prostředím. Důraz byl ale také kladen na rozdíly vnímaní pohostinských zařízení před zavedením a po zavedení zákona č. 65/2017 Sb., o ochraně zdraví před škodlivými účinky návykových látek neboli tzv. protikuřáckého zákona. Vzhledem k současné situaci v rámci pandemie virového onemocnění covid-19, se autor zaměřil také na vnímání pohostinských zařízení v době pandemie. Stěžejní základ práce tvoří data z dotazníkového šetření, provedené autorem práce mezi návštěvníky a provozovateli pohostinských zařízení, o která se práce opírá.

Abstract:

Public houses are considered folk facilities with a typical urban and informal but calm place. They are therefore reputed to be places, where social and economic interactions between either individuals or groups take place. The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze a social status of these hospitalities from the point of view of visitors and also of managers in the territory of the Olomouc district. Within the analysis, the author of this diploma thesis focused on observing differences between the rural and urban environment concerning its social status. Moreover, focus was given to differences of viewing of hospitalities before and after the introduction of the Act no. 65/2017 Coll., on the protection of health against harmful effects of addictive substances, equivalent to the Anti-smoking Act. In the light of the current situation concerning a pandemic virulent disease COVID-19, the author also gave the attention to the viewing of hospitalities during the pandemic. The bases of the diploma thesis are created by an interview survey, which was done by the author of the diploma thesis and by managers of the hospitalities, the diploma thesis shall be based on the survey.
