Práce se zabývá trhem se současným českým uměním. V první části je podán přehled o legislativních, institucionálních a ekonomických aspektech celkového uměleckého trhu. Paper deals with the contemporary Czech art market. The first part gives an overview of the legislative, institutional and economic aspects of the overall art market.
