Transport Customer Service Optimization of ČSAD Hodonín a.s.
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci dopravní obsluhy zákazníků společnosti ČSAD Hodonín a.s. Zabývá se charakteristikou společnosti, analýzou současného stavu a problematikou okružních jízd s použitím CW metody. Výsledkem této práce je návrh optimalizačních opatření s následnou aplikací těchto opatření do společnosti.
Abstract:
The Paper is focused on optimization of transport customer service of ČSAD Hodonín a.s. The objective is the description of a company, the analysis of current situation, Vehicle Routing Problem by means of the CW method. The result of this paper is the proposal for optimization in the company.
