Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje moravskému kvaternu slibů věrnosti č. 73 z let 1670-1704, který zpracovává ve formě regestáře. V základních obrysech uvádí do historických okolností zavedení povinnosti skládat slib věrnosti panovníkovi, který se stal nedílnou součástí procesu přijetí do stavovské obce (tzv. habilitace v zemi). Práce se věnuje také evidenci v zemských deskách, která přímo souvisela se vznikem kvaternu slibů věrnosti č. 73 roku 1670. Dále se zabývá jeho obsahovou analýzou. Prostor je věnován také všem diplomatickým náležitostem jednotlivých písemností intabulovaných do kvaternu a rovněž úřednictvu, které se na jejich vzniku podílelo. Práce neopomene ani osoby, v jejichž prospěch písemnosti vznikaly, tj. vkladatele.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is dedicated to the Moravian Book of the Oath of Loyalty No. 73 from the year 1670 to 1704, which is compiled here in the form of regesta. In the context of historical circumstances, it describes the basics of the implementation of the oath of loyalty to the ruler which became an inseparable part of the process of accepting to the estate village (so-called habilitation in the country). The work also describes the registrations in the municipal books which were directly connected to the creation of the Book of the Oath of Loyalty No. 73 in the year 1670. The thesis also analyses its contents. Individually, it investigates all the parts of the documentations arranged in the book as well as the officials who participated in their creation. The work also mentions the people who benefited from the documents, i.e. depositors.
