Do své práce Zásady řízení týmu jsem si vybral jako řídící metodiku týmových rolí britského vědce Mereditha Belbina. Oceňuji na ní to, že ve srovnání s ostatními metodikami neklade důraz na zkušenosti, dovednosti či odhad personalisty, ale disponuje snadnými a přehlednými nástroji pro ověření orientace na výsledek. Into my work The Principals of management team, I have chosen a methodology management of team roles of British scientist Meredith Belbin. I applaud her for that, in comparison to other methodologies, no emphasis on experience, skills or recruiters estimate, but it has easy and straightforward tool for verification of results orientation.
