Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvořit kurz, který obsahuje teoretické základy i praktické příklady řízení projektů v IT. Náplň kurzu se opírá o široce používané standardy projektového řízení a vývoje softwaru. This thesis aims to create a course that introduces essential theoretical grounds as well as practical examples of project management in IT. The course is founded on widely used standards of both project management and software development.
