Disturbances of periodicity

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se věnujeme jistým zobecněním periodických funkcí, jejichž využití hraje významnou roli v teorii diferenciálních rovnic. První polovina práce popisuje převážně základní vlastnosti těch funkcí, kterým byla posléze věnována největší pozornost. Zaznívají také definice některých dalších zobecnění. V druhé polovině jsou zmíněny aplikace těchto funkcí v diferenciálních rovnicích.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on certain generalizations of periodic functions which play important roles in the theory of differential equations. The first half of this thesis mainly describes the basic characteristics of those functions which have been given later the most attention (as well as definitions of some other generalizations). In the second part of this thesis, applications of these functions in differential equations are discussed.
