Tato práce se zabývá pohledem práva na podzemní vody. Cílem je deskripce obecné ochrany podzemních vod, spolu s konkretizací této ochrany v rámci posuzování vlivů záměrů na životní prostředí (EIA). Základem je rozbor institutů k ochraně podzemních vod v rámci vodního zákona a souvisejících předpisů a analýza závazných stanovisek EIA k záměrům, které mohou mít vliv na podzemní vody. The aim is to describe the general protection of groundwater, together with the specification of this protection in the environmental impact assessment (EIA).
