Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je analyzovat přístup manažerů konkrétního podniku k podřízeným ve vztahu k efektivitě. V první části se věnuji teorii, ve které se snažím popsat a vysvětlit základí pojmy vedení, přístupy k vedení a efektivitu. Vysvětlené pojmy pokládám do souvislostí. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyse manager´s leadership approach in relation to the inferiors and efficiency in a company. The first part of the thesis introduces theoretical basics and is concentrated on leadership, approaches to leadership and efficiency. Than I put explained bases into context.
