Assistance to victims of crime

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se věnuji problematice pomoci obětem zločinu. Zaměřuji se zejména na potřebnou pomoc spojenou s oběťmi trestného činu, kterou poskytují příslušné organizace České republiky. V teoretické části popisuji důležité pojmy, které s tématem práce úzce souvisí, jako je viktimologie, oběť, pachatel a důsledky trestné činnosti pro oběť. Největší pozornost věnuji organizacím v České republice, které pomáhají obětem trestných činů, jako je Linka bezpečí, Bílý kruh bezpečí a Probační a mediační služba. V poslední kapitole teoretické části zmiňuji příslušné organizace, zabývající se pomocí obětem v Karlovarském kraji. V analytické části bakalářské práce interpretuji metodiku práce a následně představuji výsledky mého dotazníkového šetření. Cílem mé práce je zjistit, zda je pomoc, která se v současné době nabízí obětem trestných činů, kvalitní a dostačující. Využitím metody dotazníku bych ráda poukázala na zásadní problémy, se kterými se oběti trestného činu při jejich řešení mohou setkat. Na základě toho provádím výzkum, zabývající se kvalitou a přispěním pomoci pro oběti trestných činů ze strany organizací v České republice. Zároveň bych ráda analyzovala zásadní problémy, se kterými se oběti a poškození mohou v rámci jejich postavení v trestném činu potkat.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the issue of helping victims of crime. I focus mainly on the necessary assistance associated with victims of crimes, provided by the relevant organizations of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, I describe important concepts that are closely related to the topic of the work associated with crime, such as victimology, the concept of a victim, the concept of an offender and the consequences of a crime for the victim. I pay the greatest attention to organizations in the Czech Republic that help victims of crime. Such as the Safety Line, the White Safety Circle and the Probation and Mediation Service. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, I deal with relevant organizations dealing with providing assistance to victims in the Karlovy Vary region. In the analytical part of the bachelor's thesis I interpret the methodology of the work and then present the results of my questionnaire survey. The aim of my work is to find out, using a questionnaire survey, whether the help that is now offered to victims of crime is of good quality and is sufficient. With the help of the questionnaire, I would like to point out the fundamental problems that victims of crime may face in solving the problem. Based on this, I am conducting research dealing with the quality and contribution of assistance to victims of crime by organizations in the Czech Republic. At the same time, I would like to analyze the fundamental problems that victims may face in the context of their criminal status.
