Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu bytového spoluvlastnictvá podle nového občanského zákoníku. Podstatná část je věnována právní úpravě jednotlivých ustanovení. Ostatní kapitoly se týkají historického vývoje vlastnictví bytů, spoluvlastnictví obecně a komparace spoluvlastnictví bytů podle nového občanského zákoníku se zákonem o vlastnictví bytů.
Abstract:
The subject of the dissertation is the legal regulation of the residential co-ownership with the reference to the new civil code. The main part of the dissertation is focused on the legal regulation of the individual provisions.
